1- Take a small pot of rice and put in 2 cups of sushi rice.
2- Bring them to a boil and cook them for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
3- Add the sugar, vinegar, and salt and stir well.
4- Let them cool down for 25 minutes.
5- Peel the avocado and cut them into small thin slices.
6- Put them into a bowl and squeeze the lime juice on the avocados to cover the pieces.
