They are a good source of minerals, proteins and vitamins, are rich in fiber and are fat-free.

For those who eat fruits and vegetables daily as their diet, these fruits and vegetables will help protect the body from many diseases.

Fruits and vegetables boost your immune system. According to research, an individual should regularly eat two kinds of fruits and three types of vegetables. 

Importance Of Green Fruit

Green fruits are rich in fiber, minerals, vitamins A, C & K, iron and many more. Green means lots of heart-protective potassium and vitamin K, which aid blood clotting. 

As you know, green fruits get color from a pigment called chlorophyll. 

Chlorophyll helps your body fight infections, promotes the digestive system’s health and strengthens the immune system.

You can see that the colors of fruits also have an importance which might lead you to benefits essential for your health. 

Eating green fruits will make our bones and teeth stronger. So you should add at least two green fruits to your daily diet.

Green Fruit As A Meal

Let’s dare yourself to eat two green fruits per day! It would help if you tried to include more green fruits in your diet as they are completely filled with minerals, vitamins and fiber.

1- Avocados

Avocado is a large green fruit with dark leathery skin. Avocados provide many monounsaturated fatty acids and are rich in vitamins and minerals. 

Avocados are a source of vitamins C, E, K and B6. Eating avocado improves the digestive system’s health and promotes healthy bacteria growth.

You can eat an avocado into your breakfast by stuffing them with egg or other spices. One more way is that you can eat ripened avocados by themselves.

2- Green Apples

Apples are the most popular fruit among Americans. The only difference between red and green apples is that the green apple is a little sourer than the red apple.

Green apples improve heart health and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. 

They have less sugar and more fiber, protein, potassium, iron and vitamin K. Green apples contain low fat, which helps maintain good blood flow. 

Moreover, green apples also help in the nourishment of the skin and eliminate dark circles from your skin.

3- Custard Apple

Ever heard the name Cherimoya? Cherimoya is known as custard apple, which is green, creamy, and super delicious.

Most people want to eat this fruit like a chilled custard. This fruit is rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. 

This unique fruit may support the immune system, reduce inflammation, and promote eye and heart health.

After buying custard apples, you should leave them for two days until they become ripe. Afterwards, remove the seeds and eat this tasty fruit.

4- Green Pears

Pears are fruits produced and consumed worldwide, growing on a tree and harvested in the Northern hemisphere in late summer into October. They are sweet fruits that have been enjoyed since ancient times.

They contain vitamin C, which is significant for the growth and repair of the tissues in your body, so you should eat two pears daily.

Pears are known for improving health and strengthening blood vessels, so add this to your daily diet.

5- Kiwifruit

Kiwifruit is a small, plum-sized fruit with brown color on the outside and green on the inside. 

It is also called Chinese gooseberry, woody vine and edible fruit of the family Actinidiaceae. 

Kiwifruit is high in vitamin C, providing many health benefits. This fruit supports health and the digestive system. 

The best time to eat kiwi fruit is in the morning when your stomach is empty. It will provide you with energy so consuming it in the early morning on an empty stomach is good.

Kiwis are so sweet and highly nutritious. They are an excellent source of plant compounds that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects on your body. 

Kiwis contain health-promoting compounds that are lutein, zeaxanthin and beta carotene.

6- Limes

Do you know limes contain citric acid, and citrus fruits prevent you from the formation of kidney stones? 

Lime is the best source of antioxidants. It contains potassium, magnesium and calcium also. 

There are a lot of benefits of lime in which the important one is weight loss. Limes help you in reducing your weight. 

You can find it in skincare and hair care as well. Limes protect you from kidney infections and specific chronic illnesses. 

Limes are also beneficial for people with diabetes. One should consume lime juice one time in the day. 

You can squeeze a lime into a glass with fresh water and drink it because lime water is healthier for you for many purposes.

7- Guavas

Guavas are the tropical trees originating in Central America. They are green in color and are of oval shape. 

Guavas are rich in fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants. They are loaded with nutrients. They have numerous health benefits. 

It helps in reducing sugar levels and promotes heart health. Guava treats constipation and will also improve your eyesight. 

You can eat the whole guava or cut them in slices just like an apple. It is a tasty fruit and many people like this fruit. 

Eating one guava daily is best for your health and try to eat soft guavas as they are more beneficial.

8- Green Grapes

Green grapes? The yummiest and juicy fruit. Grapes come in various colors like green, black, red or purple. 

But as you know, green fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals, so green grapes are more beneficial. 

Grapes contain fiber and water, which reduces the risk of constipation. By consuming grapes, you can also keep yourself away from allergies. 

Grapes are a great evening snack so try to consume them as your evening snack.
