2- For Uncut Green Onions
Choose between these two storage methods for whole, uncut green onions:
Storage Method 1:
Arrange a glass jar with a plastic or silicon bag to assemble them as a bouquet. Trim the bottoms of the sticks as needed, and replace the water every three to five days.
Storage Method 2:
Roll the green onions in a dry, damp paper towel before rolling the entire bundle into silicon or plastic bags.
